The Salt Lake County Health Department will be hosting a flu vaccine clinic at the Daybreak Community Center on November 20 from 11 am - 1 pm. Flu vaccines are billed to insurance, if insured, and free of charge for those without insurance. Residents with insurance must have coverage with one of the Salt Lake County Health Department’s contracted insurance providers in order to receive the vaccination (see list below). 

No appointments are necessary for the flu shot clinic. Please arrive at any time between 11 am and 1 pm to receive your vaccination. The clinic will be hosted in Conference Room B. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via email at daybreak@ccmcnet.com.
