It has come to the attention of the Daybreak Community Association that some residents have received solicitations from contractors via mail that imply their home violates Daybreak’s guidelines. Any such notification would come directly from Association staff, never a contractor.

We want to assure residents that the Daybreak Community Association can not recommend, endorse or promote any contractors or their services in any way. Furthermore, the Daybreak Community Association does not share any homeowner information, whether sensitive or general, with third-party contracting services.

If you receive a solicitation or notice from an organization outside the Daybreak Community Association, we kindly ask that you bring it to our attention as soon as possible.
